Last night we invited our lovely London blogger friends to come and have an Italian feast as well as an extra special Prosecco tasting and pizza making experience! Our bloggers were welcomed by Luca Soldo, from wine experts Entroia, with an explanation of how Prosecco is made, as well as having a taste for themselves. They were then ushered into the kitchen (wearing very flattering chef gear may I add) and got messy making pizzettine’s with our talented Italian chef Giulio. As some discovered a new career path for themselves (Leni and Mimi!) some found that cooking a pizza at 380 degrees and forgetting about it can have dire consequences for their creations (not mentioning names…Ernest from Yinn & Yang!). We then munched our way through our delicious tapas including chicken fricassee, calamari and tuna tarter and drank our way through the finest Italian wine while discussing who we would invite to our fantasy dinner party (popular suggestions included Megan Fox and Alexandra Burke…).
