Andrea Fraquelli, the Operations Director at Metropolitan, is taking to the streets again to run another Marathon for the Norwood Charity

Continuing his streak of doing a marathon every year he is running The London Marathon on the 22nd of April and after training for months Andrea is ready to take on the task. One of the most important parts of his training involves his diet. As you burn 100 calories per mile the need to stock your body up with calories prior to training and a race are vital for you to be able to cross the finish line. Luckily one of Metropolitan’s restaurants Assaggetti on Haymarket provides him with plenty of pasta to keep him going. Andrea has been enjoying vegetarian lasagne, homemade spaghetonni and duck ragu and handmade ravioli with scampi and he’s certain to be indulging at the restaurant before and after the race.

Good luck Andrea!
